2027 IEEE International Conference on Marine Communication Network and Ocean Engineering (MCNOE 2027) will be held in Sanya, China, from January 8 to 10, 2027. MCNOE 2027 is dedicated to the forefront of research in "Marine Communication Network" and the "Ocean Engineering".
The latest breakthroughs in marine communication networks and marine engineering are profoundly changing the way humans perceive, develop, and utilize the ocean. This conference provides a unique opportunity to explore cutting-edge technologies in marine communications and engineering, demonstrate innovative achievements and their transformative applications in deep-sea exploration, environmental monitoring, and security assurance. The conference will fully leverage Harbin Engineering University's disciplinary advantages in deep-sea fields to deeply discuss the latest advancements in key technologies such as underwater acoustic communication, underwater Internet of Things, marine observation networks, intelligent marine equipment, and cross-domain collaborative sensing and control. These include but are not limited to high-speed low-latency underwater data transmission, multi-source marine data fusion and intelligent analysis, engineering reliability design in extreme marine environments, AI-based marine system optimization and control, and other new solutions for smart ocean construction. This conference aims to gather renowned global experts and young scientists to jointly share novel insights and engineering practices, promote interdisciplinary exchanges and international cooperation, and explore new directions for the future development of marine communication networks and marine engineering.
